It started with friends and family. A cousin with a cleaning business, a friend who'd just opened a practice, a family member running a small construction company. All of them had the same problem: they were good at what they did, but invisible online. Leads were going to competitors with worse services but better websites.

I started helping them - building sites, setting up Google Ads, fixing their Google Business Profiles. The results surprised all of us. Within weeks, phones were ringing more. Calendars were filling up. One of them told me, "I don't know what you did but keep doing it." That moment became Sentaflow.

I studied marketing at the University of Pretoria, so I understood the theory behind what was working. But more importantly, I'd now seen it work in the real world - for real South African businesses, competing in real local markets. That's the edge Sentaflow brings.
